Automated Detection
KakaoTalk applies an automated anti-abusing system (automatic detection system) to provide a safe service experience for its users. When the anti-abusing system detects an abnormal service usage environment and pattern, it automatically executes user protection measures to protect other regular users.
Anti-abusing system
Anti-abusing system adopts the latest technologies, including machine learning techniques, to increase efficiency and accuracy. Any messages exchanged between users are not included in the object for automatic detection to safeguard users' privacy.
No matter how well-intended user protection measures are taken to protect damage, most of them will automatically be lifted within a few days if nothing is significant to detect. Users can appeal to Kakao Customer Serviceopen a new window at any time regarding user protection measures.
