If such gambling activities are confirmed through reports, access to the entire KakaoTalk service is immediately and permanently restricted.

Kakao aims to maintain fairness in the financial sector and protect users from attempted investment fraud by blocking unfair trading practices in financial markets. As part of this effort, Kakao strictly prohibits unlawful investment advising, providing investment information through illegal means, inducing investments, or promoting such services.

Illegal goods or services prohibited from online sale, goods or services infringing on others’ intellectual property rights, goods or services that may violate public morals or social order, and illegal debt collection practices are strictly prohibited on KakaoTalk (Content Related Illegal or Restricted Products and Services > Illegal and restricted products and services, etc.). In cases involving clearly illegal activities that have been confirmed through user reports or requests from external organizations, or when deemed necessary to protect other users, Kakao may permanently suspend the user from accessing all KakaoTalk services.
